Pinhead’s First Name
These are exciting times in the world of the likeable video geek named Pinhead, of whom we all have grown quite fond. First, we would like to thank everyone who voted and all who suggested names for Pinhead. Every name suggested received multiple votes. However, two names stood out more then the rest. Because the vote was so close, we have decided to give Pinhead both a new first and a new middle name. We are pleased to announce that Pinhead’s full name is now: Walter Phineas Pinhead Therefore, we would like to congratulate Liz and Walter, who will be the recipients of the “Honorary Golden Pinheads”. Congratulations to all and thank you so much for your participation. Pinhead will be known as Wally Pinhead or Walter Pinhead. For such times as he needs something more formal, his full name is Walter Phineas Pinhead. I can just see it now on his business cards!

After Pinhead's first world trip, he found himself depressed away from the spotlight. He started drinking and smoking...til one day he reached rock bottom. Pinhead decided to take steps to improve his life, his look and beat his addictions.

Some of you found him magical, others mischievous, down to earth, intelligent, a thief (not confirmed), creative, talented, romantic, and so much more. No doubt you are all right. Starting off the final month of entries, KF Daddy presents, "Pinhead Takes A spin" Chicago Style. Pinhead flies in to Chicago to spend some time taking in the sights along beautiful Lake Shore Drive and the surrounding area. As is so typical of Pinhead, he manages to get himself into a predicament or two as he winds his way through the city but still has a good time and looks forward to moving on to his next destination.

Just another note to everyone:
Since you all know that you will have to vote now, it would help us out if you could save the clips that you download for viewing. You may want to view them again at voting time and we just can't have hundreds of people trying to download the clips all at once in a short period of time.
All 15 clips in a folder stands at 280mb. (that's really not that much) If space on your hard drive is an issue for you, then you might want to take notes or something in preparation for the voting.
Your help with this is much appreciated. Thanks folks.

Please note that we have extended the date of the project to September 30 from July 31. This will give people time to work with Heroglyph Pinheads and enjoy the summer.

Attention: ProDAD/Heroglyph Users
ProDAD have graciously agreed to provide all Heroglyph Users with a “Pinhead” add-on package. This package will contain the following:
1) Pinhead walking a path
2) Pinhead introducing a title and carrying it out
3) Pinhead in 3D space
4) Several videosignals are following Pinheads Walking Path
This download will be available on ProDAD’s website. Please note that this package is provided at no cost to current owners of Heroglyph. It can also be downloaded into trial versions of Heroglyph Version 2.5. The target release date for this package is the end of June.
ProDAD are the makers of Heroglyph and Adorage, add-ons to Pinnacle Studio. These add-ons can be purchased within your Studio program. ProDAD develops and distributes software for use in video editing software. They have received countless awards and many positive reviews from their users. Hello and welcome to the news page. Of course the only real news as of yet is today's opening of the page.
